Here’s how the process works:
- If the products you receive do not match the specifications listed on the store.
- Contact our customer service team through any of the channels listed on the Contact Us page.
- Ensure the products are unused and returned in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were received.
- We will arrange product pickup from the same delivery address.
- If your order was paid by credit card or bank transfer, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- If you paid with Cash on Delivery, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned products.
General Terms:
- This service is available only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Refunds to credit cards or bank accounts may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect on your statement.
- Used or damaged products, or those with damaged packaging, will not be accepted for return.
- This policy does not apply in cases of misuse.
- If your order is returned to us by the shipping company after five days of non-receipt, shipping costs will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- If you choose to return a product that is free of defects, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to the store's address. Once we verify it is unused and in its original packaging, a full refund will be issued.
